Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept unreturned items.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or sent in the wrong order so we can evaluate and correct the problem.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized products), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item and purchase a new item if your return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether a refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and post the refund.
